No foreign nationals are allowed in at the moment, so really no one will be able to give you an answer on what the restirctions will be come the 26th of May. To be honest, things change hour by hour

there is devil in the detail - which basically says if you are legal - so yeah, if you may be going onto overtay tomorrow, probably not a good idea

 I have heard before that some embassies will not issue and insist that you return to your home country, which is IMO frankly ridiculous.
