You lost me at 60 day free visa on arrival. No such thing. You probably received a visa-exempt (no visa) stamp in your passport good for 60 days.

 There’s a 60-day visa-exempt (no visa) stamp you get in your passport. VOA is for other countries and it’s 15 days.

There is no 60-day visa on arrival. There is a 60-day visa you apply for ahead of time and a visa-exempt (no visa) stamp you get in your passport when you arrive.
