What is the current duration of stay for USA passport holders in Thailand: 30 days or 90 days?

Please anybody I'm USA American and when I get to Thailand next month I get 60 days Visa exempt on arrival and then I can extend 30 more days at Thailand immigration? And then can I do a border run and come back will I get a 30 day or 60 days stamp after the Border run anyone please and thank you sorry for the trouble I think that I know the answer I just like to hear it first hand
