Yes if you want to be fined . Yiu need international drivers license and not a paper copy .

If stopped it’s a500 baht fine that covers you for 3 days . Keep the ticket if you have been fined .

Thavorn property agency in Pattaya has a guy that helped me open my Bank account, need it to transfer the money for house purchase.
