I don’t have a real business …I just want to understand the rules first. So now I understand that with the DTV visa, I am not allowed to sell things or do business targeting people in Thailand, whether locals or foreigners.

Can I ask why I need to have at least 15 days left on my current visa before applying for the 90-day Non-O visa?

I just arrived in Thailand a few days ago. Usually, we get a 2 month tourist visa, and I plan to extend one more month. So, do I start applying in the third month? Is that correct?

Hi, so you mean it’s best to go to the immigration office first, ask them to confirm the exact requirements before starting to prepare the paperwork, right? Also, since you said each immigration office may have different requirements, it makes more sense to confirm with them first before doing anything.
