Original visa 27 October 2020. Current stamp until 29 Dec 2020

my first one back since I returned hence I have to go to Chanwatana. And since I'm leaving again in April, it was worth a shot.

It seems that this is more a visa request/renewal issue as someone reported. Similar to the background check, health certificate, etc. presented to the consulate when applying. With that said, as we all know, I/O's sometimes have their own interpretation. I am flying in on the 19th (obtained OA on ). If questioned, I will with a big smile, explain the consulate in L.A. said no problem and hope that suffices. Ironically, I came back early to get OA so I could GET insurance as it's a requirement to have long stay Visa to get insurance in Thailand (not necessarily, insurance provided by the govt issued link)

I arrive back home in one week. Thank you for this update, a little less stressed now.

Following if there's any new information out there. Currently in Los Angeles with a new O-A issued before the 31st of October and returning home in a few weeks.

it is from a Thai company through my partner so I do not know the answer to your question. Again, they did not even show the slightest interest in it at the Consulate in Los Angeles as of today
