What should I know about the 90-day visa report process in Thailand if I'm leaving for the USA soon?

90 day report US passport. Not able to do on line even though I did last time (along with TM 30, etc). This is not the issue as I'm leaving for my O-A. Once returned with clean plate will start everything over. Due to this leaving for USA, I have some overlap. My notify of extension of stay is 17 sep 2019. I will border bounce on 18 to get 30 day stamp as I depart 15 Oct for USA. Now, I know you get 7day after to file 90 day. If in my review of this group, it appears the grace period does not include this 7 days to report OR exit the kingdom. I understand that I could exit on 16 but that would complicate things on my end (which then I will weigh my options).

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is facing challenges with reporting their 90-day visa status online for their US passport while preparing for a return to the USA. They mention planning a border run for a 30-day stamp due to overlapping visa issues and express confusion about the reporting grace period mentioned in the group, which allows for reporting 15 days before and 7 days after the due date. A comment clarifies that if the report isn't made during this period, a fine may be applicable.

you report that you are 90 days inside the Kingdom. Immigration gave you a grace period to make this report between 15 days before and 7 days after due date, this period is only for your convinience. If you are 90 days inside the Kingdom and like to stay a few more days and than leave the Kingdom, you failed to make the report on time and are liable for a fine of maximum 2.000 Thb.
