Can I Extend My Thai O-A Visa Beyond the Original Expiration Date?

I searched but could not find an answer. Planning now if things continue to go sideways.

Original OA issued late Oct 2019 in LAX (American Visa). Stamped back in from Myanmar on 12/31/2019 until 12/30/2020.

Question, can I stamp out/in after original issue date (Oct), for argument purposes, let's say 12/30 and still get the until date of October 2021 that of the original 2 year grace period if I play my cards right?

I guess the real question is, will I be able to stamp/in out for 1 year if after original expire date but granted to.

This is confusing, hope I made sense. I'm willing to go to Chanwatana right now if the peeps here think it's worth it.
