You can try To apply Smart Visa under social enterprise same as I did, you can do working here no need working permit, it's renewable yearly, and it's more cheaper than other visa, less Hussle too. You better try smart visa, I got mine 1year visa with multiple entry

I would suggest better register your company in socio enterprise as member and you are qualified for Smart Visa you don't need 4thai staff and your company will be exempted to Tax and Vat, this what I did that's why I got my Smart Visa 1 year, no need working permit.
