Very true. It's best for everyone to check the list there because not only it is changing between provinces but also the items change sometimes. There is nothing worse than going at 6 in the morning only to find out a copy is missing.
yeah I was about to ask this question eheh but only your local immigration office truly knows. Copying the bank book is mandatory usually, and so boring, you are right. Last year I had to bring 2 years copies!!
The money needs to be there two months before the date you go to extend it. You better go at least 2 weeks before it expires. Although 3-4 weeks is better...
yeah that's the issue, I never left Thailand in 1 year and always been in the same house(our first one) now we finished building a second one and will move in it so I wanted to have all paperwork in order (also considering soon I'll have to do my yearly spouse extension)
