You did not read my post carefully. You did not get the point of my post at all. I know opening an account is free IF I have all the required documents, including rental agreement. If I have everything, why would I bother buying the insurance?! Of course not! The thing is that I only have a passport! No anything else. The purchase of the insurance is just right for person like me. It is a great option.
