Handbag: 55 x 38 x 20cm (22 x 15 x 8 inches)Handbag: 55 by 38 by 20 centimeters (22 by 15 by 8 inches)

Garment bag: 20 cmcentimeters (8 inches) thick when folded -- BUT AGAIN - you can simly find out all you are asking by logging into your emirates flight details and you can see all - have a good flight

If you are transiting through Dubai to another destination / then that destination is the marker as to whether or not you need a pcr / antigen - yea they will weigh your luggage if you are not first or business - from 7 days ago emirates flight

transit in dubai has no restrictions if OP is going into phuket - only if he lands in BNG which he doesnt

sorry I meant the OP doesn't have to use sealed Bangkok air flight if going Heathrow to Phuket via emirates - which is his easiest option - apologies for the confusion

Flight number and arrival time - does not have to be a confirmed flight on TP application BUT the hotel will want to pick you up from the flight to bring you to hotel - just bear that in mind
