Easy fix would be to get rid of Visa exempt and have Evisa only. It’s only the abuse of the Visa exempt that is causing the problem.

Sorry John but you don’t need an agent to get a Non O and extension at all. You just have to have all the required documents and the seasoned funds in your Bank account.

my wife and I just went to immigration and they put a slip in my passport confirming my residential address and then came and checked just before my extension was due

I have found that it’s not the method of payment you use but when you send it. If sent early to mid week it’s usually instant but from Friday through the weekend it will take days. Just my experience and I always use the long term stay option.
