Lay flat on the floor and raise one leg above your head 10 times. Then raise the other leg above your head 10 times. Drink a glass of water every hour for 8 hours and thank God for another day. Do this every day for 10 days and your back will feel much much better. You got to stretch those muscles. Hope this helps.
