When is my 90-day reporting deadline after re-entering Thailand on December 11, 2023?

That is the normal penalty for not filing a 90 day report within 7 days of it being due. Unless they come and arrest you, then it increases to a 4,000 baht fine. The fine for overstaying is accumulative at 500 baht per day to a maximum of 20,000 baht.

Yes, Chiang Mai has a small office behind the main building that handles TM30's. Promenarda used to before it closed. I have been told that this office will reopen at Central Festival in the near future.

My TM30 was definitely done on-line by the property manager. I had a copy of the screen print. Some months later it was just more convenient for me to get a written receipt at immigration. They simply punched in my passport number and wrote the receipt out.

Obviously that is the best option. But worth knowing that you can get a TM30 receipt from immigration. They look it up of your passport number. Can't remember for sure, but I think they may have been a 'small' charge for the service.

Of course they do, as I said, it may not be a problem. But better to be aware than to assume this is the case as we don't know how the account was funded. Also it is possible you will need to apply and wait for the bank to provide the proof.

It may not be a problem, but (for Non-O in country) as the husband already has 800,000 THB in a Thai account, you will need to prove it was deposited from an overseas source. I'm not sure if there are any implications if you've already used this account previously for approval of an A-O visa.

I understand. I'm trying to clarify that those points are not applicable to this post. You apply for and receive a 1 year extension of stay (at the discretion of the immigration officer that you meet the requirements).

I don't quite understand points 2 & 3. Whenever I apply for the 1 year extension of stay (O-A based on retirement), they stamp me in for another one-year extension of stay. Never any mention of 30 day under consideration.

Do I need to provide a Bank Guarantee document dated the same day as my Marriage (O) Visa extension application in Thailand?

For information only. I know this is a different IO. But in Chiang Mai, if you go first thing in the morning, they will accept the bank book being updated the day before.

I've done it and know others who have without a problem. May be different at other offices.

Promenada is open and a good option as the few times I've past in the last week, in the afternoon (they close from 12-1pm), there's been no waiting. Straight in and out.
