By contract you mean just a paper with company stamps + position, salary and permission to work remotely from Thailand?

I do about once per two months (paying myself). About the contract, do you mean just a paper with compamy stamps which states my position, salary and permission to work remotely from Thailand? The real "Contract" I cannot make - since it requires myself to officialy hire myself (to be employee, not owner) which itself will take a couple months not talking about lots of extra taxes.
