Have you spent any time married in the USA? Agree with other posters that's a good foundation (Citizenship /SS/joint assets).

technically true but thats the GD line. Ive used it many times. This pilot is not entering on GD (which FYI the Thai AIP allows 60 days stay)

I'm a US pilot in your situation. I've entered many times as crew (gen Dec) and through pax channels. As someone has said above you're good (presently). The only true problem was during covid when immigration was next to impossible. So there's always that to think about.

My air hostess girlfriend (who's now my wife) got a visa at the Embassy no problem. It's like others have said. What's their background, employment, financial assets, etc.
