it's not a visa it is an exemption.He can come and go within that 59 days it's his responsibility if he over stays he gets a fine if he leaves early to go wherever up to him and he can come back and fly out on his ticket date. Maybe his ticket is flexible he can bring it forward or move it out. You are trying to predict the future he is traveling within the rules. Enjoy 😊
