not racist at all. It's a simple factual observation. Pay attention to the people around you when you're in Thailand. Go to the markets where the Indians are prevalent shop owners. It's kind of obvious. I've been to 30 countries, lived in at least 5 of them. In general, the worst humans are the filthy animals of the animal kingdom considering we think of ourselves as the most intelligent species.

actually, US citizens are required to report foreign accounts with an aggregate balance of over $10,000 in a CY, especially when filing a return. It's not difficult. Just a yes or no answer. I've been reporting for years without any issues.
