David E Moore. No i am in Thailand. Lived there for 4 years. But i want to change from my current non OA retirement visa (due to insurance issues really.) to the much better retirement Non O.

Brandon Thurkettle. Thank you so much for an informative anwer. Yes, i do have a Thai bankacount,with the required 65 000+bt beiing tranfered every month f8r the last year. So i will convert my 90 day o visa to a 1 year retirement visa type o at the imigration where i live.
