yep ...depends on the airline ...and even the check in person whether they ask or not .....immigration seldom if ever ask for proof of onward journey unless they have a suspicion you might overstay or not have enough funds for trip

true ...it's an airline requirement immigration seldom if ever ask for proof ..often arbitrary..often depends on the airline / check in clerk

yes true ....depends on the check in agent ....sometimes I'm asked to show proof of onward journey ...sometimes not... even with same airline ..very annoying

immigration have never asked me in over 30 years .....some airlines will ask for proof but it seems purely arbitrary.....it's actually very frustrating when you want a flexible itinerary....can also depend on the person checking you in ....

only about $60US a year if you take out 30.000 baht a month ....not worth worrying about
