Yeah doesn't matter whether you used an agent or not. BB are closing all accounts for people on tourist visas.

Anonymous participant 483 Yep. Much harder to open accounts now at all banks because of this. Luckily I've had my Krungthai account 10 years.

This agent and many others have opened 1000s of accounts illegally by paying bribes at BB. It's not hard to see why this is being cracked down on.
