In my opinion none but to fly home for the time being, and hope the restrictive requirements are lifted before your return. But, I fear that those being lifted so soon is highly unlikely.
You get documents from your employer as to your termination of employment and take those to cancel your work permit. The labor office will then give you a document to cancel your visa at immigration, where you can simultaneously get a 7 day extension to prepare for your departure.
Failure to cancel your work permit properly will result in either a fine or a flat-out refusal next time you apply.
Don't come. This is their way of closing the border. The medical certificate they want is a Corona virus test, which is impossible to come by in the West unless you have symptoms. Wait it out and take your holiday another time.
