TLDR : Answer Summary
Starting March 22nd, travelers entering Thailand are required to present a health certificate concerning COVID-19 and proof of insurance coverage of at least $100,000, regardless of their country of origin or recent travel history.
I cant imagine any insurer on the planet covering Covid 19 Almost like wanting cover in Syria for a holiday I honestly think in a couple of months or so once this is under control the Thai authorities will relax their controls as 20 per cent of their GDP comes from tourism Wait and see folks
I agree, it's totally unworkable I'm supposed to be going in May I'm not changing flights just yet, I'm hoping it calms down a bit before then but not holding my breath
