Hello members.... I'm an Indian passport holder. My visa as well as work permit will expire on 31st March. I'm going to change my school from the next semester. I couldn't cancel my visa and work permit as I already left the country due to current situation. My questions are
1. Is it mandatory to cancel visa and work permit? (Even though they are expiring soon)
2. What would happen when I'm applying for new visa without cancelling the old one?
My agent said it can be done without cancelling. But my colleagues are warning me. Can anyone please guide me? Thank you so much ❤️😊
TLDR : Answer Summary
An Indian passport holder is seeking guidance on whether it is mandatory to cancel a visa and work permit that are about to expire, especially since they have already left the country. They are concerned about applying for a new visa without cancelling the old one, after receiving conflicting advice from their agent and colleagues.
