Whats the point when you have to quarantine in a hotel for 14 days lol no one will go only people that will go is people who live there no tourists will go and sit in a hotel for 14 days might as well stay at home

You could have caught it say 5 days before and won't necessarily show up on either test and you might not have symptoms at all it's a difficult one tests don't mean anything unless you have one everyday lol

I would hope that you wouldn't anyway but it takes 14 days potentially to show up so either test 3 days before or on arrival doesn't make any sense

I've got a 5 week holiday booked for November to Thailand and Bali but i'm not in any one location for longer then 5 days lol

No one will go unless they live there and just trying to get home. Tourism won't exist if you go on holiday for 2 weeks and have to isolate for 2 weeks

Just a bit strange to be honest although from what I believe you're not even allowed to leave Australia are you until maybe next year? So even if countries let you, you can't leave anyway?

Makes no sense so you need a negative covid test less then 72 hours before flying then they give you another one on arrival? Why not just do the one on arrival what's the point in the one 72 hours before?
