Wise has reduced its fee recently i used them straight in to my Bangkok Bank account ,always tick funds for staying in Thailand it shows as an international transfer. why don't you just do the Visa yourself rather than the use an agent getting the bank account now is the hardest thing to sort out.

I had to leave 400 on my 2nd year maybe it's changed probably need to check with local immigration office it's a big mistake if we get it wrong 👍👍

First year 800,000 for 12 months from the start date of your retirement permit , not your no 0

Need 65,000 every month. Ideally 1 month before your renewal permit date started showing that it's an international transfer for 12 months

3rd year keep putting in 65,000 each month and you can spend everything

Just make sure you've got a multi entry or single entry Permit every time you leave the kingdom
