I always get paranoid about these things. I try to make sure I'm correct with everything on my end so I panic when thing like this don't work out?!

Your health insurance needs to cover the duration of your visa. That is just common sense.

Regardless of your plans to leave after 6 months.

Besides you have a multiple entry visa meaning that you could always return after your planned 6 months.
