90 day online reporting. REJECTED?!

Searching through this group most people state that the online reporting is not working for them?

I made an application last night and it came back this morning as REJECTED?!

I applied again and within 5 minutes I received an e-mail as NOT APPROVED and on the Immigration website this second application also had REJECTED stamped on it.

I checked to make sure all the information I submitted was correct and they were. Nothing different to all the previous online applications I had made.

I've been doing 90 day reporting for almost 4 years now and never had a problem with the online service (except for when the site was down).

Anybody else ever had a REJECT for the application and can maybe give an explanation as to why?

Thanks in advance for any input.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster (OP) experienced repeated rejections of their 90-day online reporting application, despite correctly submitting the necessary information. They inquired if others had faced similar issues, leading to discussions about the possible reasons for rejection, such as filing a new TM30 after moving, system errors, and the requirement for in-person submissions if the online application fails. Several group members shared their experiences, suggesting potential technical problems and emphasizing the importance of checking all input fields. Ultimately, they advised the OP to visit their local immigration office for clarification.

I'm shutting this down:

1. The OP is submitting a 90 day report online, it's sent through the system correct, however the immigration office is rejecting the 90 day report but not giving the reason why it was rejected. The OP will have to file in person.

2. This is not a group to make jokes or give bad advice. If you want to joke or give bad advice, there's dozens of Facebook groups that appreciate that type of humor; this isn't one.

Thanks one and all!

Is it your first 90 say report

@Ken *******
No. I've done it multiple times with no issues.

Same details as my last 90 day application. My circumstances have not changed.

usually they put a comment in the "remarks section:

Is there anything on those Rejected PDF's

No there isn't.

That was one of the first things I looked for after I double checked all the information that I had submitted.

No reasons given. Just back to back unexplained REJECTIONS?

Just to add. I have no problems with my TM30 etc. Haven't moved addresses since my last 90 days. No issues with my TM6 form.

But as
@Benjamin *****
suggested I guess I really have no choice but to just go into immigration?

Dumbfounded and quite frustrated though.

But I do appreciate all the help and feedback.

Last guy i made for just 3 hours for approve.

@Benjamin ******
The problem the OP is having is NOT the system rejecting the 90 day report, but the immigration office rejecting the report. It has nothing to do wit how he's submitting it.

Yeah. I've been doing 90 day reporting for almost 4 years and online for about 2 years. Never had a REJECT until today?

At third step check if everything is paste sometimes all fields are empty than better go back to step one .

If u sent a blank form it will be rejected.

U have only one try after need to go immi in person.

But the apps Immiservice and section38 working 100%

Websites too dont forget to activate java and allow cookies and pop ups.

A number of people, as well as myself were rejected in the last few weeks and the forms were complete and sent in during the right time window. About half of those submitted had no issue.
Jessamyn ***********
Sorry, but no idea why.

I did mine last week and it was approved. So it must be a specific issue with yours.

REMINDERS:

1. We do not mention, discuss, or suggest agents in the group.

2. IF a person does not file a 90 day report, the fine is 2,000 THB payable the next time they do some activity at the immigration office. There is NO other punishments connected with failing to do a 90 day report.

3. The OP is having a "rejection" stamp. This is different than the notice that comes up on the screen saying "contact your local immigration office for the 90 day report".
Benjamin ******
There may be a lot of reasons why a 90 day report could be rejected, including not filing a new TM30 (if you moved), getting a new passport, or system problems.

Don't bother asking "why", my advice would be to go to the local immigration office and submit a 90 day report in person.

Annika Almersson Yeah I was looking at the remarks field in my application but it's just blank?

@Lexington ******
strange that they left it blank, usually they'll write why it wasn't approved

A 90 day report tells the government that you're in Thailand for 90 days, along with your existing address. The first 90 day report must be done in person, and the next reports can be done online, or by mail (if the immigration office allows it).

>Im currently on a 60 day TR visa and hoping to extend for another 30-60 days

You *MAY* be required to file a 90 day report at the end of the 90 days when you're physically in Thailand. ASK the 90 day reporting desk at your local immigration office what their requirements are for the 90 day report.

Yeah. Well I guess I have no other choice. Was just wondering if it had happened to anyone else lately?

I always get paranoid about these things. I try to make sure I'm correct with everything on my end so I panic when thing like this don't work out?!

Thanks.
Benjamin ******
@Lexington ******
Don't panic. If you're in the window (15 days before to 7 days after) you won't get fined :)
