We always seem to get conflicting information on this subject. Yes foreign transfers should be made. However, I have seen countless posts saying it is not necessary, as immigration don't look anyway. It would be nice to have some clarity.

So in the section where they ask for a date of departure , the non O is for 90. I'm assuming the departure date must be before the 90 days have expired? Or does it not matter what date?
