Go to immigration ask what documents they require as it varies. fill in the form and wait your turn in the queue.it is valid for 28 days, and do not forget a Blue Pen and three Passport photos.

It will end in tears if you do not get your Visa so be warned

You can only get an OA Retirement Visa via the Thai Embassy in the UK which includes Insurance and a requirement to put 800,000 in a Thai Bank within Three Months, otherwise you will enter with a Tourist Visa and try your luck with an Agent.
