There's a QR code on the bill.

You can just pay. No need to go to the office no need any extra docs.

In case you miss the due date, you have to go to your district office.

No Green card in Thailand.

We purchased a condo in 2000 using as second house, then my husband turned 50, we applied Retirement O.

Now we have LTR (retirement)

LTR Wealthy Pensioner would be an option if your spouse is qualified.

Then he or she can add up to four family members on his/her visa.

The ask:thailand community, consisting of multiple Q/A groups with over 100,000 members, powers this platform. It is not an official government resource. Our members actively contribute to this resource, and while we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee its complete reliability. Assistance to travelers is provided as a community service.
