Question about TM30 report.

I entered the wrong check-out date for my tenant.

Is it possible to fix this because the information has been submitted last night?

Anybody knows?

know anything about TM30 or registering me in the

What can i do to get registered for immigration?

There is some sort of registration system where a home/condo owner can register a tenant online - the printout can be used at immigration for residence cert. What system is that? How to sign up?

I have a tenant coming to my condo for a few months and I will register her for a TM30 via my app which is working. I will give her a screenshot of her registration. When she goes to extend her visa, will phuket immigration accept the screenshot for her TM30? TIA

Registered on July 15 for the TM30 via the app. Go the verification of email address, but haven't heard anything back since. Two questions: 1) Can you as a tenant register as 'possessor' (i.e. renter - I believe this was possible initially, but unsure if this has changed)? 2) I have seen people writing about how they have checked the status of their application - where can I do this? I've gone to the registration page and cant see anywhere to check on the progress/status of the application. Thanks.

House owner own details or house owner fill in tenant details??

Owner did apply online registration but received 1st email then click the link to be confirmed your email he did but now waited 1 week until now no news 😤

If the landlord refuses to register the tenant (TM30). What can you do or what paperwork do you need to show immigration.

There is a rule that we need to register our tenant to immigration during 24h of their arrival other wise you need to pay fine 1600 baht. Then if your tenant travel out of Thailand, you need to re-register them again.

Any one heard about this rule?

My tenant arrive on 02/01 and I did not register them yet. So headache!!!!
