This is exactly what I’ve been thinking. Trying to figure out what to do with everything.. making 5% on the $ in usa, want to buy a house in Thailand but don’t see good finance options besides 25% down and 6% for 5yrs. Not sure what other investments would have any safe return in Thai. Everyday the dollar is dropping
