I got a 90 day stamp but that doesn't prove my local address. I'm assuming I have to provide 'proof' of my local address during the application. Perhaps I can just fill in the address then... thanks for the info on possible application times.

as long as your data allows tethering it should be ok, but you may only get 720p depending on your data speed.

I stream YT in hd on my laptop with my phone with no issues on AIS, just make sure you get tethering included in your data
