anyway it’s the Immigration Officer himself told me and it was last year in November . Also maybe the law may have been changed 🤷‍♂️

I don’t think so because- one Immigration Officer when I did queue with my DTV in Bangkok he even told me that I din’t know that I have rights to fast track …no need to do long line — so they are really so kind and nice Officers . I think it depends on the case of any individual given their history with Thailand immigration

Please I have also some questions

I hold DTV ( Remote worker) and the first time I entered Thailand with the visa (DTV ) was last year November 2025 and I only stayed for 12 days then I exited since now 1 year .

1. Do I encounter any problems or formality which I suppose to do and I didn’t do ??

2. — Now I’m planning to go back to Thailand in mid 2026 probably in July 2026 and I’m wondering/afraid if I can get admitted smoothly with another 180 days stamp or how things will go with the immigration.

— Do I need to do any papers preparation or documents to present again at the immigration officer in Bangkok ??

3. Or it will be considered as normal use of DTV as first entrance since I have been given 180 days and I only stayed for 12 days and exited then to comeback after 1 year and again to get 180 days ???

I will be so grateful for any clarification and or advice you can provide.
