yeah, this because Thailand have ridiculous government and ridiculous officers..changing rules and regulations about everything as often as they change their underwear 😋😎😂 who the hell can keep following rules when doing like this
in pattaya..banks require now work permit, long term visas doesn't enough anymore, this changed in January..however some branches can open if they just want to do it.. amazing Thailand 😴
