Also my letter showed all procedures would take upto 2 years.

I was at vientiane embassy for my dtv 1 week ago. I had many months of transactions, but only 1 months final balance. The guy said he needed to see 2 months final balance, and sent me away. An hour later I went back to him, and he took my papers but was shaking his head and was not happy. I got my dtv though!

Treatment was for a bone graft (because of gum disease). Also root planing was my next weeks appointment, which is deep cleaning under the gum line. My letter from bph showed 1 to 2 years treatment. He asked a couple of questions nothing that wasn't already on my paperwork.
