it does get tight. Especially having the necessary funds in the account for two months as well. Transferring money has been a headache also.

yes it's a ninety day visa I have. Spent the past few days sorting a phone. A bank account and informing them where im staying. Last time I was here they fined me for not updating my address. Its a learn as you go thing in thailand never seems to be a same rule with them.

Just opened an account the other day. You must have stamp in passport saying visa o. Even then you need all the paperwork to back up the application. I'm living at my girlfriend's place. She had to confirm so much. So good luck on that one.

Its not the thai bank it's a British bank trying to send to my mobile that is out of the country they are trying to message me without using thai country code.

Well i stayed two months first trip but met someone online here so left hotel after the first week. I travelled up north to her home town. A few nights in a hotel then the rest at her home. Flew out to Vietnam for five days, then back to Bangkok my girlfriend was waiting for me at the airport. I got stopped by imigration so had to phone her to confirm that I was staying at her place. I went to imigration yesterday to do a one month extension we got fined 800 baht for not filling out the tm30 form. Even though the airport were informed with the address. So if you take the risk make sure you grab a paper trail. Who ever speaks to you just get paperwork from them. On that note good luck.
