I actually got physical therapy and gym workouts to build the muscles around my spine to fix it. It has hard going at first but it eventually corrected. Haven't has issues in many years.

He performed the world's first double total disk replacement and was going to do a triple but I never stayed up on it to see how that went.

yes, with the Covid extension they are referring to. May 29th will be last day to apply for extension and will extend you until July 29th. Per this post. I haven't not actually confirmed it but 99.9% sure its accurate.

Just be polite and follow up again and explain your date that you are leaving and that you are getting stressed out about it. I did exactly that and they updated everything within 1 day so I could upload final documents and then they approved shortly after. Relax, 9 days is a lot.
