TLDR : Answer Summary
Many individuals are experiencing delays in receiving their Certificate of Entry (COE) from the Thai Embassy in Manila, with some reporting unresponsive communication from the embassy. Suggestions for expats facing similar problems include using alternative communication methods like social media platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp, LINE) and politely following up with the embassy regarding their application. It's also noted that some embassies may have temporary closures affecting processing times.

Also did you make sure they didn't get locked down?
Just be polite and follow up again and explain your date that you are leaving and that you are getting stressed out about it. I did exactly that and they updated everything within 1 day so I could upload final documents and then they approved shortly after. Relax, 9 days is a lot.
Alas still no COE issued... Three emails sent no replies. One phone call they cut the line then didn't answer after.
ASQ Hotel paid for, insurance paid, flight booked.... Just need the COE ๐๐

If you can get someone's LINE acct there, you may get a faster reply. Thais use Line ALOT more than FB or email.

Jakarta Embassy never answers emails or phone calls and they just announced a temporary closure from March 14-20

You might try contacting them on FB messenger or via WhatsApp or any other social media that they monitor. It's complete bullshit that they're unresponsive as the COE is supposed to be processed/approved within three working days. It's stressful enough jumping through all the hoops without this added nonsense.
