no where on the application portal when I applied did it specify 3 months was required to have the funds. The way they worded it was proof of finances - with 3 month bank statements being an example of proof. Idk if it's different in those embassy portals or all the same

I included cover letters on everything and used ChatGPT a lot tbf but the group likes to overcomplicate it.

The portal is very straight forward, just make sure it makes sense for a human to look at. Have the balance easily visible, evidence the account is yours (your name & account number in bank statements etc), a cover letter explaining your work - I made sure to be clear I had no Thai clients or staff. For proof of location I included photo of exit stamp from Thailand, my flight itinerary to Aus etc.

I had it for less than a month, got approved under workcation Canberra embassy in 5 days.
