we have Condo, paid through Bangkok Bank, but they didn't care about it. Clear advice from headquarters - no tourist visa gets bank account.

ja, aktuell beachten die Grenzer das ganze nicht richtig. Die stempeln jedesmal bei Ausreise und Wiedereinreise neue 180 Tage. Steuerrechtlich gilt aber der tatsächliche Aufenthalt. Mehr als 183 Thailand heißt volle Steuerplflicht in Thailand.

You are not allowed to have thai income as long you are not registered in Thailand and have a Visa that allows you to work. DTV is only for people, that have a recidence elsewhere and do not stay longer than 180 days a year at Thailand. You cannot officially claim for a branch.
