No, not true.

IF your "VALID TO" date on your current Non-OA sticker is September 14, 2022, the last day you can enter Thailand is September 14, 2022 on the Non-OA visa to get another year.

IF you purchase a "re-entry permit" before you leave, you can return to Thailand, and you can stay until October 27, 2022.

sadly, at a university, the classes are designed for you to study 8 hours a day if a full time student, 4 hours a day if you are a part time student. For Ed visas, you need to be a full time student

the police order is clear. There is no requirements in the police order saying the money needs to be transferred overseas. If they say there is, ask to see the police order.
