Yesh he didnt even know until he got refused. Which makes me wonder if he can enter on visa exemption or if has to go back to usa and apply for new passaport.

Yes apparently on last one even thought he hadnt noticed. Usually he flies but last time he took train wih his girlfriend. That was the time he got that.

Wait one thing..entry by land includes visa which is a minimum of 60 days. You sure he didnt do two visa runs by land? I didnt say two visa exempt entries by land.

Well then, moral of the story. Hope you don't get reviewed by a racist officer. Oh well. Is there anyone you can call to make complainment if that happens? Or who knows..the guard might accept small a bribe to make things right. Usually if theyre bad they also have that feature as part of the package.

Maybe he had two entries by land already on his passport therefore why he was asked to fly in. If so the more of the story should be instead, research before traveling.
