Thanks. I was able to secure an emergency appointment next Thursday. Has anyone done this before? Any specific language I should include in the blank notary form?

thanks Geoff. My understanding is the US Embassy will not say that the marriage certificate is real. They may notarize a statement from me claiming that it is real but they won’t verify it.

follow up question. Local Amphur (in Nonthaburi) wants a sworn statement from the US Consulate to provide the Kor Ror 22. My understanding is the US Consulate doesn't provide this anymore. Any experience with this?
