Myanmar now has civil war. Even bumese have to immigrate to Thailand for their life. Some are killed by government. Army don't care who you are. They will just shot and kill. Or throw bomb from sky. It's no way safe.

thank you for your information. I read the dependant visa requirement and some said it's impossible for parent to follow child over 20 y.o. so I was wondering is it true. Because I used to ask embassy in her residing country and they said they issue if my husband has work permit but when i search for extension in Thailand. People said following child over 20 y.o. is impossible

What visa should I apply for if my wife is a Thai citizen by descent but currently lacks a Thai passport or ID?

If she is Thai nationality. Then she can apply for Thai id card at royal thai embassy Germany and get Thai id card. The system is connected worldwide.

Except that she only has Thai blood but not registered in Thailand system. Then she is only German.
