So my understanding is 180 days exit then return same calendar year. Just pay B1900 on return.

This is probably too good to be true.

Can I transfer my US driver's license and international driving permit to obtain a Thai driver's license without full training?

I used an agent in chaing mai, called chaing mai helper, It only took 20 minutes and I was done. I did have my australian IDP and driving lic.

 Hi John I was hoping to avoid the Aust. $32,000 and put my monthly pension into a Thai bank. My pension is a bit short of the required amount, so I thought it would be of the top it up from my savings account.
