What are the prettiest and greenest areas to live in Bangkok for a quieter lifestyle?

I was looking for the same criteria before but didnt find it directly in Bangkok. I ended up in Wongamat Beach, Pattaya.

This is a nice and quiet residential area in Pattaya without bars etc and you can live beachfront. Bangkok is only 1.5 hr away.
