Ok thanks - I have got that. But don’t I need to have after the first year a new financial proof ( either 800 K blocked or 12 monthly trsnsfers from abroad of min 65 K) ?

365 Non OA Longststay Visa with proven funds in home country, health insurance for 365 days. So I do not need to go to immigration before 1 year expires ?

Can I apply for a Non-O visa while in Thailand if my spouse is a non-Thai?

Yes you can apply for it in Thailand. But 2 weeks is tight for the paperwork. Go disussing it with your local immigration office.
